That’s why we’re delighted to announce we are counting down to the launch of our new website, as well as some modern improvements to the Weale & Hitchen service.

The traditional estate agency is changing

At present, there’s a stark contrast between traditional and online estate agents. Both have their merits. With an online-only service, you typically get reduced costs. But it often lacks the personal service, with limited contact, reduced after-sales support and often confusing fee structures.

Centralising the Weale & Hitchen team

Our first step to embrace the continuing change in the estate agency world is to centralise our team. From June 2018, our Bury and Holcombe Brook office will be brought together at Longsight Road in Holcombe Brook.

All of our valued property experts will be staying with Weale & Hitchen. And together, we will be able to make further improvements to customer service. This change will help us streamlining what we do to provide the best results for property sellers, buyers and landlords. All contact numbers and emails will remain the same so there’s no disruption to our valued clients.

Moving forwards online

These changes will be combined with our ongoing investment in new technology. With the upcoming launch of our new, easy-to-use website, we’re providing clients with the complete online estate agency experience.

The new site is fast, simple to navigate and completely mobile-friendly. It features useful online valuation tools, so sellers can easily get an estimate of their home’s value without wasting valuable time.
